Today we did a 20/40 workout for five rounds. 20 seconds of extremely high intensity and 40 seconds to recover. You really have to go as hard as physically possible. If you do this will kick your ass.
5 rounds - 30 minutes total.
Finisher: 5 minute core exercises. 2 minute weighted bridge with 45lb plate on your lower back.
-KB hold karioka walk (hold 62lb KB and walk 20 yards and back holding KB in one hand each way)
-Drop jumps x 5
-Pull ups 15-12-10
-RDL x10
